新乡市在校女大学生减肥认知现状调查 被引量:4

Cognition situations of weight control among female college students in Xinxiang

摘要 目的了解新乡市在校女大学生的减肥观念及其认知现状,为指导女大学生健康减肥提供科学依据。方法分层整群随机抽取新乡市3所高等院校各专业一~三年级的1 823名女大学生,进行有关减肥观念与认知现状问卷调查。结果 1 773人(97.3%)体型正常或偏瘦,938人(51.5%)认为自己有不同程度的肥胖,1 233人(67.6%)想过要减肥。减肥的动机主要是提高形象、增强自信和能穿时尚服装。女大学生对减肥知识的了解有限和片面(满分27分,平均得分14.56±4.45);低年级、农村和非医学类女生得分低于高年级、农村和医学类女生。结论大部分女大学生对减肥知识的了解有限且观念片面,社会和学校应给予重视并引导她们树立正确的减肥观念,掌握科学的减肥知识。 Objective To study the weight control concept and cognition situations of female college students in Xinxiang,in order to guide them to lose weight scientifically and to provide scientific basis for them.Methods Stratified random sampling method was adopted,1 823 female freshmen,sophomores,juniors of different majors in three colleges of Xinxiang were selected randomly and required to answer the questionnaire about weight reducing and health.Results Body mass index(BMI) of 1 773(97.3%) female undergraduates was normal or a little lower;938(51.5%)of them thought they were overweight to different degrees;1 233(67.6%) of them had the intention to lose weight.The motivation to lose weight was mainly for improving their images,boosting up self-confidence and being able to wear fashionable dresses.Their knowledge about weight control was limited and unilateral(full mark was 27;mean score was 14.56±4.45).Sophomores knew less than juniors;rural female students knew less about weight control than the urban;Female students majoring in non-medical mastered worse in weight control compared with those of the medical departments.Conclusion Most female college students are lack of knowledge about weight control and unilateral perception.Society and colleges should pay much attention to this and guide them to have a correct concept and master scientific knowledge.
