摘要
研究了亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis (Guen.)不同虫态(3~4龄幼虫、1~2d龄蛹、当天羽化成虫)体内羧酸酯酶(CarE)、酸性磷酸酯酶(AP)和碱性磷酸酯酶(AlP)的活力在不同^(60)Coγ辐照条件下的变化。结果表明,亚洲玉米螟不同虫态的CarE活力顺序为:幼虫>成虫>蛹;AP活力为:幼虫>蛹>成虫;AlP活力为:成虫>幼虫>蛹。辐射处理后,CarE活力均高于对照,幼虫以10Krad处理为最高,成虫和蛹均以20Krad处理为最高。处理后蛹的AP活力随辐射剂量的增加而呈上升趋势,在40 Krad达最高;幼虫的AP活力在5~20 Krad范围与其对照间差异不明显,而30和40 Krad处理明显高于对照;成虫的AP活力与其对照间变化不明显。处理后雌成虫的AlP活力随辐射剂量的增加而呈上升趋势,以40 Krad处理最高;雄成虫和幼虫均以20Krad处理达到最高,其后有所下降;蛹的AlP活力变化不大。本试验结果有助于阐明辐射对昆虫生理生化的效应。
The activity changes of three hydrolases, namely, carboxylesterase (CarE), acid phosphatase (AP) and alkaline phosphatase (A1P) in different stages (3rd -4th in-star larvae, 1 - 2 days old pupae and first day adults) of Asian corn borer Ostrinia fur-nacalis (Guenee) induced by different dosages of 60Co7 irradiation were tested. The results showed that the stage order of CarE, AP and A1P activities were larva>adult> pupa, larva>pupa>adult and adult>larva>pupa, respectively. All the CarE activities after irradiation were higher than the check, the highest value in larval stage occurred in 10 Krad treatment and in adult and pupal stages occurred in 20 Krad treatment. The AP activities of pupa after irradiation increased with the dosages and attained to the highest in 40 Krad treatment. The AP activities in larvae treated with 5 - 20 Krad irradiation were not obviously different from the check, while in 30 and 40 Krad treatments, those in treated larvae were significantly higher than the check. However, the AP activities in treated adults were not different from the check. The A1P activities in female adults increased with the irradiation dosages and to the utmost in 40 Krad treatment; those in male adults and larvae were highest in 20 Krad treatment, and somewhat decreased with the following increased dosages. The changes of A1P activities in treated pupae were negligible.
