颅脑损伤患者高压氧治疗前后的脑电图分析

An analysis of electroencephalogram in hyperbaric oxygen curing the patients with craniocerebral injury

目的：探讨脑电图（EEG）在高压氧（HBO）治疗颅脑损伤中的应用价值。方法：选取外伤所致颅脑损伤患者88例并随机分为两组：对照组：给予常规止血、脱水降颅压、抗感染、支持营养等治疗；HBO治疗组：在常规治疗的基础上待生命体征平稳且无禁忌症后于当日或术后7d开始早期行HBO治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后EEG的变化情况。结果：HBO治疗组EEG改善程度明显优于对照组，同时临床症状的改善也与之相符。结论：EEG检查对HBO治疗颅脑损伤具有一定指导意义及评估预后的作用。

Objective：To explore the practical value of electroencephalogram （EEG） in hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） in the treatment of the patients with craniocerebral injuryies. Methods： Eight-eight patients with trau matic brain injury were divided into the conlrol group （Group A） and HBO therapeutic group （Group B）. Group A were conventionally treated with conventional hemostasis, dropping intracranial pressure, anti-infection, support nutrition and so on. The early HBO was treated in Group B, with conventional treatment and smooth vital signs. The changes of EEG in the two groups were observed and analysed before and after treat- ment. Results：The improvement of the EEG in Group B was obviously superior than Group A, and the clinical symptom was improved. Conclusion： The EI^G examination is an effective measarement for HBO treatment the patients with cranio in assessing prognosis of early cerebral infarction.
