生物膜阳性致病菌对常用消毒剂耐受性研究 被引量:12

Study on tolerance of positive pathogenic bacteria producing biofilm against common disinfectant

摘要 目的探讨生物膜形成阳性致病菌对常用消毒剂的耐受性及消毒效果。方法将所有受试菌进行生物膜形成检测,再将生物膜形成的阳性菌和阴性菌随机分为两组,分别用1∶200"84"消毒液和2%碱性戊二醛进行消毒耐受性试验。结果金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌生物膜形成阳性率分别为38.4%、47.0%和52.8%;生物膜形成阳性的致病菌对消毒剂的耐受性明显要高于阴性的致病菌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2%碱性戊二醛对致病菌的消毒效果同样明显高于1∶200"84"消毒液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生物膜的阳性致病菌对消毒剂耐受性高于生物膜阴性的致病菌;2%碱性戊二醛消毒效果优于1∶200"84"消毒液。 OBJECTIVE To study the tolerance of the positive pathogenic bacteria developing biofilm against common disinfection.METHODS First,all the pathogenic bacteria producing biofilm were tested,and secondly,the positive and negative bacteria were divided into two different groups the positive bacteria and the negative ones.Lastly,test the tolerance of one group by using thimerosal of 1∶200 "84" and the other by using 2% glutaraldehyde.RESULTS The Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the positive rates of 38.4%,47.0% and 52.8%,which showed that the tolerance of the positive pathogenic bacteria developed from biomembrane is obviously greater than that of the negative ones(P0.01).disinfection 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde than thimerosal of 1∶200 "84"(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS The tolerance of the pathogenic bacteria developed from biomembrane against is greater than that of pathogenic bacteria which are not developed from biomembrane;and the effect of disinfection by using 2% glutaraldehyde is better than that by using thimerosal of 1∶200 of "84" disinfectant.
