使用中消毒剂质量检测分析与管理对策

Quality testing analysis and management measures of using disinfectant

目的通过对使用中消毒剂的管理,进行持续质量改进,及时对相关指标进行监测,掌握其动态变化规律,为医院感染控制提供依据。方法收集2008-2010年不同管理模式下的相关资料,并进行统计比较。结果 2009年2月-2010年1月使用中消毒剂质量较2008年1月-2009年1月明显提高,其中生物监测2008年1月-2009年1月合格率为95.6%,2009年2月-2010年1月为99.1%,分离出的病原菌有真菌、不动杆菌属、表皮葡菌球菌、大肠埃希菌等;化学监测2008年1月-2009年2月合格率为87.74%,2009年2月-2010年1月合格率为98.98%。结论持续质量改进可提高使用中消毒剂监测合格率;科学合理监管消毒剂使用是安全的。

OBJECTIVE To grasp their dynamic change regulation of nosocomial infection control through continuous quality improvement of chemical management disinfectant,timely monitoring of relevant indexs,to provide the bases for control of nosocomial infection.METHODS The correlated data under different management pattern collected from 2008 to 2010 were compared statistically.RESULTS Compared with 2008-2009,the quality of disinfectant was significantly improved in 2009-2010,the qualified rate of biological monitoring in 2008-2009 was 95.6% and was 99.1% in 2009-2010,the pathogens isolated were fungi,acinetobacter,Staphylococcus epidermis and Escherichia coli.The qualified rate of chemical monitoring in 2008-2009 was 87.74% and was 98.98%.CONCLUSION Continuous quality improvement can improve the qualified rate of monitoring of disinfectant,the scientific and rational monitoring of disinfectant application is safe.
