大型医院内镜中心医院感染规范化管理

Standardized nosocomial infection management of endoscope center in large-scale general hospital

目的加强内镜中心医院感染规范化管理,防止因内镜清洗消毒不当引起医源性感染,保证患者及医务人员安全。方法整合资源,成立内镜中心;建立医院感染管理组织,成立医院感染管理小组;严格按照卫生部《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》的要求进行流程布局、分区管理及清洗、消毒、储存、运送、监测,并做好各种记录。结果通过一系列的干预措施,形成了管理制度化、操作规范化、监测科学化的模式,布局合理、分区明确、流程规范,经检测内镜消毒效果均符合卫生部标准。结论大型综合性医院只有建立健全内镜中心的医院感染规章制度,规范操作,定期对消毒效果进行监测及督导,才能杜绝因内镜消毒不严引发医源性感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the standard nosocomial infection management of endoscopy center in the large-scale general hospital,to prevent nosocomial infections caused by improper cleaning and disinfection for endoscope,and ensure security for patients and medical staff.METHODS The resources were integrated,and the endoscope center was established,hospital infection management organization and team were established.According to the cleaning and disinfection technical operating standard of endoscope ruled by Ministry of Public Health,standard process layout,division management,cleaning and disinfection,storage,transport and monitoring were carried out,all sorts of records had been done.RESULTS Through a series of interventions,the mode of institutionalized management,operation standardization,scientific monitoring,rational layout,clear and regulatory division were formed,and detecting endoscopic sterilizing effects conformed to the standard of Ministry of Public Health.CONCLUSION Only when large-scale general hospitals establish and consummate various infection control rules and regulation of endoscopy center,operate according to the technical standard rules,and regularly monitor and supervise the sterilizing effects,can the hospital eliminate infections cause by relaxed endoscopic disinfection.
