医院感染周职业防护技能竞赛的组织管理及成功要素研究

A study of management stragies of skills competition on occupational protection during hospital infection prevention week

目的总结研究医院感染周职业防护技能竞赛的组织管理及成功要素。方法通过临床调研,规划竞赛形式内容,制定评判标准,以及不同阶段实施不同管理办法和措施。结果竞赛对医院工作人员怎样进行医院感染正确防护起到了宣传和示范作用,增强了医院职工对医院感染和职业防护的参与意识,提高了他们的职业防护操作技能。结论领导重视、精心安排组织、全院动员、技术依靠专家、合理安排和激发集体荣誉等是竞赛成功要素。

OBJECTIVE To examine and evaluate the management strategies of skills competition on occupational protection during the hospital infection prevention week.METHODS Through investigation among hospital front-line workers,the style and contents of the skills competition was designed and different measures of management at different stage were employed.RESULTS They were trained how to choose and use personal protection equipment correctly,improve the knowledge of hospital staff regarding occupation protection and hospital infection,and promote their prevention skills in terms of occupational exposures as well.CONCLUSION Strong leadership,excellent management,inter-professional collaboration and support,good team-work are the key factors to success the competition.
