医院临床抗菌药物应用调查分析

Clinical application of antibiotics in hospital:investigation and analysis

目的了解医院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为合理使用抗菌药物提供改进方法和指导依据。方法回顾性分析医院2008年1月-2009年5月出院的340例患者抗菌药物使用情况。结果全院37个临床科室均有抗菌药物使用,平均使用率49.45%;使用抗菌药物最多的泌尿外科占81.98%;使用抗菌药物最低的心理科占1.61%。结论合理使用抗菌药物及规范预防用药在医院抗菌药物管理中占有重要之地;某些传统的用药观念必须改变,加强医院内抗菌药物管理,对医务人员进行抗菌药物规范使用的教育,可有效提高抗菌药物的合理使用率和改变不合理使用抗菌药物的现象。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the usage of antibiotics for inpatients in hospital,to provide a improved method and guidance for rational administration of antibiotics.METHODS From Jan 2008 to May 2009,340 caseswere retrospective analysed.RESULTS Totally 37 clinical departments in hospital all used antibiotics,and the average use rate of antibiotics was 49.45%.the largest use of antibiotics was urology department and accounted for 81.98%,on the contrary,the lowest use of antibiotics was psychology department and accounted for 1.61%.CONCLUSION At present,the clinical usage of antibiotics is still a serious problem in hospital.The rationality of antibiotics usage and standardization of preventive drugs play an important role in the management of antibiotics.Some traditional conception of administrate antibiotics must be changed.To enhance the management of antibiotics,doctors shall be educated concerning how to normative use antibiotic.All methods mentioned above can effectively enhance the ratio of national administrate antibiotics,Moreover,it can change the phenomena of irrational administration of antibiotics.
