从黄花败酱根和根茎的丙酮提取物中用柱层析和高效液相层析法分离出1个化合物，经化学反应和光谱分析鉴定为：3－0－（2'－0－乙酰基）－α－L阿拉伯吡喃糖基常春藤皂甙元28－0－β－D－葡萄吡喃糖基（1→6）β－D葡萄吡喃糖酯甙。

In this study, one compound was separated from the acetone extracts of the roots and rhizomes of Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fish. ex.Link. by column and HPLC. The stn1cture of the compound was identified by both chemical reactions and spectrUm analysis as 3-O-(2'-O-acetyl)- α -L-arabinopyransyl hederagenin 28-O-β -D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 6)- O -β-glucopyranosyl estsr.
