摘要
本文探讨了大脑皮层神经细胞低密度原代培养方法,利用此方法培养了15批大脑皮层神经细胞,建立了稳定的低密度培养模型,并对低密度培养各阶段的神经细胞形态特征进行了系统观察,同时对低密度培养神经细胞的细胞选择、形态特征、废物的作用及低密度培养的神经细胞在突出构建、离子通道、神经元通讯研究等方面的作用进行了讨论。
The method used for ra cortical cells in low-density was described, cortical cells were removed from 19-day-old embryonic rats. 15 batches neurons were cultured using this method and the low-density culture model was built.The morphologital properties of neurons in different stages were observed systematically We believe that this method can be mash more convenient to study the synaptic stricture, ion channel and neuron communication. Furthermore the election of cultured neurons, morphological propelty and matrix effect were discussed.
