LL-1型便携式同步心电采集记录器及其远程通讯系统的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF LL-1 PORTABLE SYNCHRONOUS ECG RECORDER AND ITS LONG-DISTANCE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

目的 探讨LL - 1型便携式同步心电采集记录器及其远程通讯系统的临床应用价值。方法 对 64例患者应用LL - 1型便携式同步心电采集记录器及其远程通讯系统进行同步标准 1 2导联心电图检查 ,平均带机时间为 2 3.67± 1 .36小时 ,传输心电图 2 4 6人次 ,同时行动态心电图及常规心电图检查并分析。结果 心电图诊断窦性心律 1 97人次 ,异常心电图发生 1 90次 ( 77.2 % )。与动态心电图相比 ,心律失常检出率分别为 :84 .7%与 93.2 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ;心肌缺血检出率分别为 :2 0 .7%与 34 .6% (P <0 .0 1 ) ;高于常规心电图对心律失常检出率 ( 2 3.7% ,P <0 .0 1 )及心肌缺血检出率 ( 1 9.7% ,P <0 .0 1 )。诊断急性前壁Q波心肌梗塞 1例。结论 LL - 1型便携式同步心电采集记录器及其远程通讯系统为一便捷可靠的远程心电图检查系统 ,能全面满足临床诊断、治疗要求。

Objective : To explore the clinical value of LL-1 Portable Synchronous ECG Recorder and its long-distance communication system. Methods: 64 cases patients were examined with LL-1 Portable Synchronous ECG Recorder and its long-distance communication system for 23.67±1.36 hours. 246 cases transmitted their ECG, at the same time their Holter and routine ECG were examined and analyzed. Results: 197 cases of sinus rhythm and 190 (77.2%) abnormal ECG were diagnozed. Compared with Holter, the diagnosis rate of arrhythmia was 84.7% vs 93.2%, and ischemic 20.7% vs 34.6%; The diagnosis rates of arrhythmia and ischemic were respectively 23.7%(P<0.01) and 19.7%(P<0.01) higher than those in routine ECG. One case anterior wall acute myocardial infarction was diagnozed . Conelusion: LL-1 Portable Synchronous ECG Recorder and its long-distance communication system was a convenient and reliable long-distance ECG communication system.
