摘要
目的: 动态观察急性肺损伤( ALI) 大鼠肺组织白细胞介素- 13(IL- 13) m RNA 表达的变化,初步探讨IL- 13 m RNA 的变化与ALI 发生、发展的关系。方法: 在脂多糖诱发的ALI 大鼠模型,采用RT- PCR 方法,检测肺组织IL- 13 m RNA 的表达。结果:正常肺组织表达一定水平的IL- 13 m RNA;在ALI 大鼠肺组织,IL- 13 m RNA 表达呈短暂性上调,随即逐渐下调。结论: 正常肺组织可表达一定水平的IL- 13 m RNA;在ALI肺组织,IL- 13 m RNA 表达逐渐下调,提示局部抗炎作用减弱,可能引起抗炎和致炎作用失衡,从而促进急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发生。
AIM:To explore relationship between interleukin-13(IL-13) mRNA expression and development of acute lung injury (ALI) changes of IL-13 mRNA in rat lung with ALI were observed. METHODS:Using semi-quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction IL-13 mRNA in rat lung with ALI induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)were measured . RESULTS:Normal rat lung expressed IL-13 mRNA in some extent; expression of IL-13 mRNA increased temporarily and decreased gradually in lung after rats were injuried by LPS .CONCLUSION:Normal lung can express IL-13 mRNA .Down-regulation of IL-13 mRNA in lung with ALI suggested anti-inflammatory capacity was reduced in lung ,which may cause unbalance between anti-inflammatory and pre-inflammatory force which contribute to the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome.
