QK—全科广谱治疗仪对Ⅱ型糖尿病血液过氧化反应及红细胞变形性的影响

Changes of peroxide reaction of blood and ED before and after megnificant with QK-Wind band spectrum medicoapparatus in noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients

采用化学比色法检测18例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人使用QK—全科广谱治疗仪治疗前后血液脂质过氧化反应及红细胞变形性的变化，以探讨QK—全科广谱治疗仪对糖尿病病人心血管系统并发症的防治作用．发现治疗前病人血液红细胞丙二醛含量较治疗前显著升高（P<0.01），全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、血浆总抗氧化能力较治疗前明显降低（P<0．01），红细胞滤过指数治疗前明显降低（P<0．01）。治疗后病人血液红细胞丙二醛含量较治疗前显著降低（P<0．01），全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、血浆总抗氧化能力较治疗前明显提高（P<0．05），红细胞滤过指教较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05）．提示使用QK-全科广谱治疗仪治疗可减轻血液过氧化反应，提高红细胞变形性。

In order to study the effect of QK-Wind band spectrum medicoapparatus (QK-WBSM) on the blood peroxydation and erythrcyte defomability (ED) in noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NDDM) patients. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) ability of erythrocyte, glutathioe peroxidase (GSH-Px), ctaiase (CAT) ability of blood,antioxidite ability (AOA) of plasma, molondialehyde (MDA) concent of erythrcyte membrane and eothrocyte filtration (IF) was measured in the 18 cases patients with NDDM before and after treatment usign QK-WBSM. The results showed that in the patients the SOD ability of erythrocyte, GSH-Px, CAT ability of blood, AOA of plasma was much lower than that of the control (P<0.05), the MDA concent of erythrocyte membrane and eedrocyte IF were much higher than that of control (P<0.01). After treatment with QK-WBSM the GSH-Px, CAT ability of blood, AOA of plasma was significantly higher.than that of the group before treatment (P<0.05), the MDA concent of erythrocyte membrane and erythrocyte IF were much lower than that of the group before treatment (P<0.05). The results indicated that QK-WBSM can reduce the peroxide reaction of blood and enchance ED in the NDDM patients.
