摘要
以犬股薄肌为模型,通过琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)组化光镜观察全血间断灌注对骨骼肌的影响.结果表明,全血间断灌注较低温(4℃)明显延长骨骼肌存活时间,从而可能为断肢保存提供了一种更为理想的方法.
The canine grailis was used as experimental model. We observed the effect of whole blood intermittent perfhaion on the skeletal muscle through succinic dehydronase. The results show the survival time limit of skeletal muscle through whole blood intermittent perfusion is evidently longer than that at low temperature. So whole blood intermittent peffosion may be used as nwe better method of the preservation of severed limbs.
