摘要
对铬离子捕集剂(代号:Cr-BD)、重金属离子沉淀剂(代号:MT-1)以及重金属离子去除剂(代号:MT-2)3种重金属离子沉淀剂处理铬鞣废水的效果进行了对比研究,结果表明:pH值控制在8.5,以3种沉降剂复合处理效果最好(配比为Cr-BD∶MT-1∶MT-2=4.0∶1.20∶1.80),其总铬去除率高达99.9%,处理后废水的总铬含量降至1.23mg/L,可达到国家排放标准。
The chrome tanning wastewater was treated with three heavy metal ion capturing agents including chromium ion trapping agent （Code： Cr-BD）, heavy metal ions precipitant （Code： MT-1） and heavy metal ions removal agent （Code： MT-2）. The results were compared and analized. It shows that when the pH value is 8.5, the compound capturing agents has the best result, with ratio as follows： Cr-BD ：MT-1 ：MT-2=4.0：1.20 ：1.80. The removal rate of total chrome is up to 99.9%, with only 1.23mg/L chromium oxide left, which can meet the national emission standards for wastewater containing chrome.
