More Research of Lei Fada

自1933年7月朱启钤先生发表《样式雷考》,雷发达便作为样式雷"发祥之始祖"并以康熙中叶营建太和殿上梁立功的传奇而声名遐迩,甚至衍为样式雷的代名词。由于所涉史料一度湮没,相关研究鲜有新的成果。经过不懈追踪,2002年6月寻获朱启钤相关遗稿、札记,11册雷氏族谱以及样式雷后裔的笔记,《样式雷考》的史料来源得以廓清。本文以此为契机,系统梳理上述史料,回溯已有研究,进一步考证雷发达生平事迹,同时在对学术传统的回采中获得对研究思路和研究方法的新认识。

The release of Yang Shi Lei Kao by Zhu Qiqian in April 1933 made Lei Fada better known as the first generation of Yangshi Lei (Family Lei) who ever made positive contribution to design and construction of the imperial palaces, the most remarkable of which is the legendary story about setting in place the roof beams of Hall of Supreme Harmony (Taihe Dian) within the Forbidden City in the middle of Kangxi’s( 康 熙 ) Reign, which later led him to be respectfully reputed Yangshi Lei as his title. In this article, the author reviewed the academic history of the issues concerned based upon Zhu Qiqian’s works that were discovered in June, 2002, 11 copies of Lei’s Family Tree and the notes by their descendants, arriving at the overview of the sources of Yang Shi Lei Kao in spite of the scarcity of the related documents available, also conducting a further research of Lei Fada’s life and career from a different perspective.
