孤立性髂动脉瘤的诊治(附25例临床分析)

Diagnosis and treatment of isolated iliac aneurysms (25 cases of clinical analysis)

目的：探讨孤立性髂动脉瘤的病因及诊治的特殊性。方法：回顾性分析从１９６４ 年４ 月至１９９９ 年２ 月我院收治的２５例孤立性髂动脉瘤的临床诊治资料。结果：本组２５ 例患者，其中１９ 例行动脉瘤切除后对端吻合、自体大隐静脉或人造血管间置移植术，髂动脉结扎１ 例，瘤体囊内修补１例。另４ 例未行手术治疗。本组无手术死亡。结论：早期瘤体切除术后自体大隐静脉间置移植手术是治疗的首选方法，微创性腔内隔绝术对老年。

Objective:To explore the etiology of isolated iliac aneurysm and its diagnosis and treatment. Methods:From April 1964 to February 1999, twenty five cases of isolated iliac aneurysm in our hospital were analyzed restrospectively. Results:Among the 25 cases,aneurysms resection and autogenous great saphaneous vein or artificial graft interposition were done in 19 cases,iliac artery ligation in 1 case,intracyst repair in 1 case,the other 4 cases were followed up without operation, no death occured. Conclusion: Early autologous great saphaneous vein interposition is the first choice of intervention,and mini invasive intravascular exclusion is recommended for old patients and patients with huge aneurysms.
