金钗石斛生物总碱对大鼠高脂血症和肝脏脂肪变性的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.alkaloids on hyperlipemia and liver fatty degeneration in rats

摘要 目的观察金钗石斛生物总碱(DNLA)对Wistar大鼠高脂血症和肝脏脂肪变性的影响。方法将受试雄性Wister大鼠48只随机平均分为6组,分别为正常对照组,模型组,辛伐他汀组和DNLA 40、80、160 mg·kg^(-1)组。高脂饲养建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时采用灌胃给药。16wk后采用酶法测定血脂,进行肝脏组织HE染色,观察DNLA对高脂血症大鼠模型血脂和肝脏脂肪变性的影响。结果和模型组比较,DNLA各剂量组高脂血症大鼠血清脂质含量无明显变化,但DNLA 40、80和160mg·kg^(-1)能够降低高脂血症大鼠肝脏组织丙二醛含量和升高超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),使高脂血症大鼠肝脏脂肪变性明显减轻。结论 DNLA能够减轻高脂血症大鼠肝脏组织的脂肪变性,其作用机制可能与抗氧化损伤有关。 AIM To investigate the effects of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. alkaloids (DNLA) on hyperlipemia and liver fatty degeneration in rats. METHODS Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, simvastatin group, DNLA 40 mg·kg^-1 group, DNLA 80 mg·kg^-1 group, and DNLA 160 mg·kg^-1 group. Rat model of hyperlipidemia was established with high-fat diet. The serum lipids and liver fatty degeneration in rats were observed after 16 weeks. RESULTS The decreases of serum lipids content of the model group rats with DNLA were not significant, but DNLA can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia rat liver tissue malondialdehyde content and significantly increase the superoxide dismutase activity at doses of 40, 80 and 160 mg·kg^-1, respectively (P 〈 0.05). And the histopathological changes of liver fatty were markedly reduced. CONCLUSION DNLA could significantly inhibit the formation of hyperlipidemie fatty liver in hyperlipidemia rats, which might be associated with anti-oxidative damage
