综合医院实习护士的心理状态与心理防御机制相关研究

Relationship between features and psychological recovery mechanism in practice nurses in general hospital

目的:采用明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI心理测评工具)探讨综合医院实习护士的心理状态与心理防御机制的关系。方法:采用MMPI计算机测试软件对102例实习护士进行测试,根据心理状态提示,选取心理防御机制子量表进行统计分析。结果:心理异常组和心理正常组在防御机制中的否认、合理化、投射方面相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在退缩、转移、压抑、原始防御中相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心理正常组原始防御、压抑高于心理异常组,而在转移、退缩分数上低于心理异常组,提示心理防御机制与心理状态有一定关系,进一步经Logistic回归检验,发现心理状态与退缩因子有关。结论:心理异常的实习护士具有过多采用退缩型心理防御机制的个性特征。

Objective To study the relationship between features and psychological recovery mechanism of the practice nurses in general hospital using MMPI.Method We adopted MMPI computer testing software and measured 102 practice nurses,who were randomly divided into two groups according to the psychological clue to analyze marks of the psychological recovery mechanism subscale,then did statistical analysis.Results There is no statistical difference in denying,rationalization,casting between the psychological normal group and the psychological abnormal group（P0.05）,but the marks of flinch,oppression,transfer and original recovery between the two groups are significantly different（P0.05）;the psychological normal group is obviously higher than the psychological abnormal group in oppression and original recovery,but lower than the psychological abnormal group in transfer and flinch.It is found that ＂flinch＂ is relative to psychological situation by Logistic Regression Analysis.Conclusion Psychological abnormal practice nurses tend to have the personality of using psychological recovery mechanism of ＂flinch＂.
