摘要 目的:研究高温对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞HSP70及原癌基因C-fos表达的影响,探讨高温对机体组织细胞的作用机制,为临床肿瘤高温治疗提供理论依据。方法:将小鼠分为两组,实验组和对照组,采用完整细胞免疫组化及原位RNA杂交技术对HSO70及C-fos进行检测。结果:实验组HP70和C-fos表达分别为704,11±584.25和668.94±384.07,对照组HSP70和C-fos表达分别为175.87±1100.7和445.88±284.9,实验组与对照组相比,HSP70和C-fos表达均有显著差异,P<0.001及P<0.05。结论:高温对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞HSP70及原癌基团C-fos表达均有明显地促进作用。 How hyperthermia affects rat macrophage expression of HSP70 and C - fos oncogene is studied, in order to detect the machanism of hyperthermia to tissue cells to provide the theoretical basis for clinic tumor hyperthermia therapy. Methods: The rats are divided into two groups: expremental and control groups, using immnunohistochemical and site hybridization to check exoression of HSP70 and C - fos oncogene. Results: In expremental groups expression of HSP70 and C - fos are 704, 11±584. 25and 668 .94 ± 384.07; while in control groups,expression of HSP70 and c - fos are 175. 87 ± 100.7 and 445. 88 ± 284.9, make a comparision between the two groups. there is great difference: P < 0.001 and P< 0. 05. Conclusion: Hyperthermia to rat macrophage expression of HSP70 and C - fos mcogone have significant effects.
