血液透析与血液透析加血液灌流治疗有机磷中毒疗效对比

Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion hemodialysis+Curative Effect of organophosphorus poisoning

目的:研究血液透析与血液透析+血液灌流治疗有机磷中毒疗效对比情况。方法:选取有机磷中毒患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用血液透析+血液灌流治疗有机磷中毒,对照组采用血液透析的方法治疗,对临床效果进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的昏迷时间,血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性的恢复时间、住院时间明显少于血液透析组(P<0.05),阿托品应用总量明显减少(P<0.05),治愈率明显提高。结论:血液透析+血液灌流治疗有机磷中毒,效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion hemodialysis＋Clinical comparison of organophosphorus poisoning.Methods 120 cases of organophosphate poisoning patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group and observation group＋by hemodialysis hemoperfusion treatment of organophosphorus poisoning,the control group method using blood dialysis treatment,clinical results were compared.Results The duration of coma patient group,serum cholinesterase（CHE） activity in the recovery time,hospital stay was significantly less than the hemodialysis group（P0.05）,atropine significantly reduced the total application（P0.05）,the cure rate has improved significantly.Conclusion Hemodialysis＋hemoperfusion treatment of organophosphorus poisoning,results were satisfactory,worthy of clinical application.
