摘要
目的:对心内电生理检查及治疗时并发症的预防及处理进行探讨。方法:选取2008年1月～2010年5月在某医院进行心内电生理检查的患者100例,采用心内电生理检查及射频消融术。结果:100例中一共出现并发症20例,占20%,其中出现误穿锁骨下动脉2例,占2%;出现完全性房室传导阻滞1例,占1%;出现下肢动脉血栓栓塞3例,占3%;出现导引钢丝掉入血管2例,占2%;出现心房纤颤4例,占4%;出现二/三尖瓣返流3例,占3%;出现股动脉出血2例,占2%;出现气胸3例,占3%。结论:及时发现并发症,及时预防和处理,才能够最大限度地降低并发症的危害。
Objective The cardiac electrophysiological examination and treatment,prevention and management of complications are discussed.Methods In a hospital cardiac electrophysiological examination of 100 patients,56 males and 44 cases female,aged 25 to 36 years,mean age 27.9 years.Use of cardiac electrophysiology and radiofrequency ablation.Results A total of 20 cases of complications,accounting for 20%,which appears wrong to wear the subclavian artery in 2 cases,2%;complete atrioventricular block occurred in 1 case,1%;lower extremity arterial thromboembolism,3 cases 3%;there fall into the vascular guidewire in 2 cases,2%;atrial fibrillation occurred in 4 cases,4%;there b/tricuspid.regurgitation in 3 cases,3%;femoral artery bleeding occurred in 2 cases,2%;pneumothorax occurred in 3 cases,3%.Conclusion The timely detection of complications,prevention and timely treatment of complications can minimize the harm.
