2008至2010年某院抗高血压药物应用分析

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in A Hospital During 2008-2010

目的探讨近年来临沂罗庄中心医院抗高血压药物的应用情况。方法回顾性分析2008至2010年临沂罗庄中心医院抗高血压药物应用资料,对抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度及用药合理性进行分析。结果 2008至2010年临沂罗庄中心医院各类抗高血压药物销售金额逐年增加,占前3位的抗高血压药物种类分别为CCB、ACEI、ARB,其中,CCB类抗高血压药物的销售情况始终位于第一位。DDDs排序在前列的始终是拜新同和代文,为钙离子拮抗剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,说明这两类药物使用最为广泛,但拜新同的DUI值>1,由此可见,拜新同的使用存在一定的不合理现象。结论近年来临沂罗庄中心医院抗高血压药物的应用情况基本合理。少数不合理现象需要改进。

Objective To investigate the application of anti-hypeaensive drugs of the hospital in recent years from Luozhuang Central Hospital.Methods The retrospective investigation in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and analyze the rationality of drug use.Results The 2008-2010 of antihypertensive drugs from increased year by year,sales amount for the first three types antihypertensie respectively,ACEI and arbs CCB,among which CCB class antihypertensive medication sales situation in first.Always DDDs sorting in front of the adalat generation is always worship text,for calcium antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,explain these two types of drugs is most widely used,but the new DUI worship with1,thus value with the use of new,worship there exist certain unreasonable phenomenon.Conclusion In recent years Luozhuang Central Hospital of antihypertensive drug basically reasonable.A few unreasonable phenomenon needs to improve.
