麝香保心丸联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛90例临床护理

Clinical Nursing Care of Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated by SheXiang BaoXin pills with Isosorbide Dinityate Injection

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及护理方法。方法将90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组静脉滴注硝酸异山梨酯注射液同时口服麝香保心丸,对照组只静脉滴注硝酸异山梨酯注射液,均连续应用14d,观察两组临床症状,心电图及血流变学变化情况。结果治疗组心绞痛改善情况,心电图改善情况,血流变学变化情况均优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论麝香保心丸联合硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛能减轻心绞痛,改善心电图及血流变学指标,配合精心护理,疗效优于静脉滴注硝酸异山梨酯注射液。

Objective To explore the curative effect and clinical nursing care of patients with unstable anginapectoris treated by SheXiang BaoXin pills with Isosorbide dinityate injection.Methods 90 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into treating group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.The former accepted SheXiang BaoXin pills and Isosorbide dinityate injection,and the latter accepted Isosorbide dinityate injection only.All the treatments lasted for 2 weeks.To observe clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,and hemorheology.Results Treating group had better improvement of symptoms,electrocardiogram,and hemorheology than Control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Combination of shexiang baoxin pills with danhong injection was better than Isosorbide dinityate injection only.Treatments by SheXiang BaoXin pills and Isosorbide dinityate injection had better curative effect of combination with clinical nursing than that by Isosorbide dinityate injection only.
