胎儿窘迫149例相关临床因素分析

Analysis of Clinical factors of 149 cases of Fetal distress

目的探讨胎儿窘迫相关因素及处理方法。方法回顾性分析四川省乐山市市中区妇幼保健院自2005年1月至2009年12月149例胎儿宫内窘迫相关因素。结果 149例胎儿窘迫的主要相关因素是脐带因素,胎盘因素,羊水因素,母体因素等。结论胎儿窘迫受多种因素影响,一旦发生对胎儿和婴儿影响较大,故及时恰当地进行诊断和干预,有助于降低新生儿窒息的发生率。

Objective To investigate the related factors and treatment of fetal distress.Methods To analyze retrospectively the related factors of 149 cases of fetal distress from January 2005 to December 2009 in Shizhong District Maternity and Child Health Hospital.Results The main resulted factors of 149 cases of fetal distress are umbilical cord,placenta,amniotic fluid,parent,etc.Conclusion Fetal distress is affected by many factors.The impact of fetal distress on infant birth is great,so it is helpful to diagnose and intervent properly and timely in reducing the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
