某院2008至2010年中药应用情况调查分析

Analysis of Chinese Medicine in Application from 2008 to 2010 in A Hospital

目的分析广东省中医院中药应用情况,为临床上合理用药提供一定的科学参考。方法对广东省中医院2008至2010年中药的处方量、销售金额及中药销售数量进行统计分析。结果中药饮片及中药颗粒公费及自费所占的比例分别为59.34%、17.90%、5.02%、17.75%;3年中销售金额量占前10位的中药分别为白术、当归、黄芪、川贝、阿胶、茯苓、柴胡、淮生、党参、太子参;三年中销售数量最大的10位中药为茯苓、黄芪、白术、丹参、甘草、淮山、白芍、薏仁、百合、陈皮。结论中药在我院临床上应用广泛,临床医师应了解中药的应用现状,合理使用中药饮片及颗粒,使临床用药更加安全有效。

Objective To analyze the application of Chinese medicine in our hospital for clinicalmedicine to provide a reasonable scientific reference.Methods Statistics and analyze prescriptions of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine sales amount and sales volume from 2008 to 2010.Results Pieces of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine granules share of public expense and the expense ratio was 59.34%,17.90%,5.02%,17.75%;three years,sales volume accounted for the top 10 Chinese were Atractylodes,Angelica,Astragalus,Fritillary,Donkey-hide gelatin,Poria,Bupleurum,Huaisheng,Codonopsis,Heterophylla;For three years that sales of the 10 largest Chinese medicine for the Poria,Astragalus,Atractylodes,Red sage root,Licorice root,Chinese yam,White peony root,Barley,Lily,Tangerine peel.Conclusion Chinese medicine were widely used for clinical application in our hospital.The clinicians should be aware of the application status of Chinese medicine,and apply Chinese Herbal Medicine and granules reasonable to make it more safe and effective for clinical treatment.
