不同基源蜂胶中白杨素和高良姜素含量的比较

Comparisonas of contents of baicalein and galangin in propolis of different origins

目的:比较13个产地的蜂胶中白杨素和高良姜素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,分别以甲醇-0.15%磷酸(60∶40)和甲醇-0.15%磷酸(65∶35)为流动相;检测波长均为268nm,检测13个产地的蜂胶中白杨素和高良姜素的含量。结果:在13个产地中均采集5个样本,白杨素和高良姜素含量均超过2.0%和1.8%的为吉林蛟河和河南长葛地区,且前者高于后者(P<0.05),与其他11个产地比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吉林蛟河和河南长葛地区的蜂胶白杨素和高良姜素的含量较高,其品质较优。

Objective To compare the contents of baicalein and galangin in propolis of different origins.Methods The contents of baicalein and galangin in 13 kinds of prololis of different origins were determinated by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.The samples were separeted by C18 cloumn with the mobile phase of methanol-0.15% phosphoric（60∶40） and methanol-0.15% phosphoric（65∶35）,the wavelength of detection was 268 nm.Results Five samples were collected in each area.The contents of baicalein and galangin in propolis of Jilin Jiaohe and Henan Changge were higher,all over 2.0% and 1.8%,and the former was higher than the later（P〈0.05）;compared with the other 11 areas,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The contents of baicalein and Galangin in propolis of Jilin Jiaohe and Henan Changge are higher.
