The three-dimensional simulation of arytenoid cartilage movement

摘要 目的:探讨杓状软骨的运动特点。方法:通过分析杓状软骨在环杓关节面的运动轨迹,利用Pro/ENGINEER(Pro/E)软件对环状软骨、杓状软骨及声带进行模拟三维重建动画仿真。结果:三维模拟动画形象表现声带的运动形态及杓状软骨脱位时声带运动特点。结论:该三维模型对临床上杓状软骨运动障碍性疾病的诊治有一定的指导意义。 Objective:Exploring the characteristics of arytenoid cartilage movement.Method:Using Pro / ENGINEER(Pro / E) software,the cricoid cartilage,arytenoid cartilage and vocal cords were simulated to the three-dimensional reconstruction,by analyzing the trajectory of arytenoid cartilage in the joint surface from the cricoid cartilage and arytenoid cartilage composition.Result:The 3D animation simulation showed the normal movement patterns of the vocal cords and the characteristics of vocal cords movement in occasion of arytenoid cartilage dislocation vividly.Conclusion:The three-dimensional model has clinical significance for arytenoid cartilage movement disorders.
