卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的CT诊断

CT in the diagnosis of pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor

目的:探讨CT检查在诊断卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的14例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者的CT资料。结果:本组14例中7例病灶为囊性、6例囊实性、1例为实性。CT表现为附件区占位性病变,囊壁增厚11例,囊壁外缘毛糙3例,肿瘤内密度增高4例,肿块周边有渗出、积血4例,肿块与子宫间可见增粗、扭曲、强化的蒂带样软组织形成8例,子宫受牵拉移位8例,结论:卵巢肿瘤扭转的CT表现有一定特征性,CT检查对卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的定性和定位诊断有一定临床应用价值。

Objective：To evaluate the role of CT in the diagnosis of pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor.Methods：CT manifestations of pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor in 14 cases proven by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Of the 14 cases with pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor,there were cystic tumor（7 cases）,solid and cystic（6 cases） and solid tumor（1 case）.CT showed space occupying lesion in the adnexial area,with thickening of cystic wall（n=11）,ill-defined outer wall of cystic lesion（n=3）,intra-tumoral hyperattenuation（n=4） peri-tumoral exudation and hemorrhage（n=4）,hyperattenuated,thickened and tortuous pedicle-like soft tissue located at the area between mass and uterus（n=8） and displacement of uterus（n=8）.Conlusion：Certain characteristic CT manifestations could be assessed in pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor,CT examination has clinical value in the characterization and localization of the disease.
