维思通和氯氮平治疗精神分裂症对照分析

A CROSS-CHECK ANALYSIS OF RISPERIDONE AND CLOZAPINE IN THE TREATMENT OF SCHIZOPHRENIA

目的 比较维思通和氯氮平对精神分裂症病人的疗效和副作用。方法 用维思通治疗精神分裂症 30例 ,用氯氮平治疗精神分裂症 31例 ,进行对照分析。两组均以阴性症状量表 (SANS)、阳性症状量表 (SAPS)、简明精神病症状量表 (BPRS)和副反应量表 (TESS)进行盲式评分。结果 维思通在治疗精神分裂症阳性、阴性症状方面优于氯氮平 ,且维思通的副反应较少。结论 在对精神分裂症的治疗方面 ,维思通比氯氮平疗效好 ,副作用低。

Objective: To compare the therapeutic and side effects of risperidone and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: Thirty schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone and a control group treated with clozapine. Both were double-blindly assessed with the SAPS, SANS, BPRS and TESS, before and after treatment, to evaluate the effects on positive and negative symptoms. Results: Both drugs were effective in schizophrenia while risperidone was significantly superior to clozapine in treating both the positive and negative symptoms. Conclusion: In addition to being more effective than clozapine in treating schizophrenia, risperidone also had fewer side effects, though clozapine was also effective and could induce potential lethal side effects such as agranulocytosis.
