摘要
本文介绍了超声生物显微镜在眼科应用的基本情况。概括介绍正常眼前节的UBM表现以及在青光眼,眼前节肿瘤,眼外伤,角膜、巩膜疾病,眼内人工晶体和周边玻璃体疾病的应用价值。这种超高频超声诊断技术的应用是眼前节疾病诊断技术的一大突破,弥补了眼科专用超声诊断仪(10MHz)对眼前节显示的不足,与之联合应用可对眼球疾病作出更准确的诊断,为眼前节疾病的诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。
This article introducedthe application of ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) in ophthalmology. In the same time, recommended normal manifestation of ocular anterior segment by UBM and some disease, such as glaucoma, anterior segment tumor, trauma, corneal and scleral disease, intraocularlens, peripheral vitreous disease and so on UBM is a new method to diagnose ocular segment disease and make up the insufficient of normal ultrasound instrument (10MHz) . If UBM and normal ultrasound instrument were used at the same time, it can supply more information and accurate diagnosis about ocular anterior segment disease.
