唑来膦酸在一例多发性骨髓瘤患者中的应用

摘要 1病例介绍 患者女,80岁。因＂腰背疼痛1年,加重1个月＂入院。1年前患者因腰痛于当地医院行骨密度检查示＂重度骨质疏松＂;胸腰椎X线片提示多发椎体压缩骨折。行＂椎体成形术＂,术后疼痛完全缓解,生活自理。出院后患者间断予补钙及阿仑膦酸钠抗骨质疏松治疗。
