不同固化方式对ZY-1硅橡胶与丙烯酸树脂粘结强度的影响

摘要 目的:探讨赝复硅橡胶固化方式的不同对丙烯酸树脂与硅橡胶粘接强度的影响。方法:将硅橡胶与已预处理丙烯酸树脂材料分别在室温,升温,及微波3种不同情况下制成硅橡胶-偶联剂-丙烯酸树脂粘接试件,测试试件粘接强度。结果:3种固化方式下各组间硅橡胶与丙烯酸树脂的粘结强度没有统计学差异。不同功率微波对硅橡胶固化后与丙烯酸树脂粘结强度的影响也没有统计学差异。结论:临床制作需要丙烯酸树脂固定的硅橡胶赝复体时,可以通过不同的固化方式制作。微波固化可以作为一种新的方式应用于赝复体的制作。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of curing ways on the bonding of silicone elastomer to acrylic resin. Methods: The curing ways included room temperature, heat temperature, and microwave. Shear bond strength were tested and failure modes were assessed for all specimens. Results: The results showed the curing ways had no! effect on the shear bond strength of ZY--1 to acrylic resin. Different power of microwave curing of slhcone elasto- mers to acrylic resin was also no significant different. Conclusion: The different curing ways can be used for maxillo- facial prosthetic body ZY --1 silicone elastomers curing. The microwave for clinical production of prostheses pro- vide a new approach.
