高氟环境对小鼠牙齿发育中CD44表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨CD44在正常牙齿发育以及高氟环境中牙齿发育表达变化,从细胞粘附分子与发育学角度揭示氟牙症发病机制。方法:建立小鼠急性氟中毒动物模型,采用免疫组织化学的方法,观察CD44在正常及高氟环境中下颌第一磨牙牙胚发育的钟状形态发生期、分化期、分泌期、成熟期的表达。结果:钟状形态发生期、钟状分化、分泌期实验组和对照组成釉器中间层细胞CD44的表达水平无差异。成熟期实验组CD44的表达水平显著低于对照组。结论:过量氟影响成熟期中间层细胞CD44的表达,使其表达下调,推测影响釉质的矿化。 Objective: To study the expression of CD44 in normal and fluorosis mouse tooth germ. Methods.. We established acute fluorosis model and used immunohistochemical staining to observe the expression of CD44 in speci- mens of different stages of mouse first molar developing tooth germ. Results. In experimental group, immunohiso- chemical data revealed that the expression of CD44 did not decline in the ceils of the stratum intermedium, the bell of morphogenesis stage, the bell of differetiational stage and secretory stage, but declined dramatically at the bell of mature stage than in normal groups. Conclusion: The high dose of fluoride might affect the expression of CD44 by the cells of the stratum intermedium at the bell of mature stage, which thus inerfered with enamel malmineraliza- tion.
