甲状旁腺素的生物信息学分析

摘要 为生物学实验设计研究甲状旁腺素与牙齿发育的关系提供思路和参考,本文运用生物信息学的同源比对、进化分析等方法,对甲状旁腺素的序列进行生物信息学分析。结果发现甲状旁腺素是一类进化较慢非常保守的基因。甲状旁腺素及相关蛋白的生物效应广泛,与牙齿发育相关,但确切机制尚有待进一步研究。 We analysed the bioinformatics characteristics of parathyroid gland hormone in order to provide the idea and reference for the design of biology experiment by the homology alignment and phylogenetic analysis. The results indicated that the PTH was a kind of slow evolution and high conservation gene. The PTH had extensive biological effects and had relevance with tooth development. But the mechanism still need to further research.
