摘要
目的为解决后囊膜破裂时缝袢固定人工晶状体植入的复杂性,自行设计实施改良睫状沟固定法后房型人工晶状体植入术。方法12点和(或)1点处虹膜根部各做一放射状小裂隙。经过小裂隙,用连接聚丙烯缝线的显微缝针,通过上袢下从睫状沟进针,巩膜突出针,将上袢固定在睫状沟。结果用该方法对后囊膜破裂的外伤性白内障患者5例5眼及其它类型的白内障患者5例5眼,行后房型人工晶状体植入术。术后随访6~12mo,术眼矫正视力在0.5~1.2之间。结论本法具有简便、可靠等优点;后囊膜破裂直径在3.0~5.2mm者,采用本法可能获得满意的效果。
Objective Reformed method was designed for making loop fixed in ciliary furrow more simple.Methods A radial small cleft through iris root at 12,or,and 1 clock was made intraoperation,respectively.with microneedle and polypropyene suture moving beneath superiorloop and coming out from slera spur through the cleft at iris root,superiorloop can be fixed in ciliary furrow.Results We have performed operation of posterior chamber implantation of intraocular lens(IOL) on 10 eyes of 10 cases of traumatic and other kinds of cataract whose diameters of lens posterior capsular rupture were 3.0 to 5.2mm.During the period of postoperation follow up 6 ̄12 months,visions of eyes operated on were in areas of 0.5 to 1.2 .Conclusion There were characteristics of simple and stable,and satisfactory effect with the method.
