摘要 1983年,Barré-Sinoussi和Montagnier等[1]首次分离到引起获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)的病毒,随后国际病毒分类委员会将其命名为人类免疫缺陷病毒[2](human i mmunodeficiency virus,HIV)。据世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)及联合国艾滋病规划署(The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS,UNAIDS)的最新统计[3],全球范围内HIV的感染人数约为3 330万,
