摘要 在1996年温哥华第10届国际艾滋病大会上,美籍华裔科学家何大一报道采用高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(highly active anti-retrovirial therapy,HAART)进行抗病毒治疗,显示艾滋病的治疗已进入HAART时代。目前认为HAART治疗可抑制人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)-1复制、缓解病情、减少机会性感染和肿瘤的发生、延长患者生存期,但不能彻底治愈艾滋病。
