左旋多巴和卡比多巴治疗儿童弱视

Treatment of children's amblyopia with levodopa and carbidopa

目的探讨左旋多巴和卡比多巴治疗儿童弱视的临床疗效。方法应用左旋多巴和卡比多巴，配合维生素Ａ，葡萄糖酸锌，进行口服治疗和临床观察。结果本组３６例中，痊愈２例，基本痊愈２８例，进步６例。１２ａ以上儿童４例治疗有效。所有病例随访６～３６ｍｏ无复发。结论左旋多巴和卡比多巴治疗儿童弱视有效、安全。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of children's amblyopia treated with levodopa and carbidopa.Methods Levodopa and carbidopa were used in combination with vitmin A and zinc gluconate by oral for treatment and clinical observation.Result In 36 cases,2 cases were cured,28 case were well and advances have been made in 6 cases,good curative effects are acquired in 4 cases over twelve years old.In the following up 6￣36 months,there is no relapse.Conclusion Levodopa and carbidopa are effective in treating children's amblyopia.
