红光对周围神经损伤后再生的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨红光对周围神经损伤后再生的作用。方法健康雄性成年Wista大鼠40只,随机分为实验组和对照组。麻醉后,在手术显微镜下剪断每组实验动物右后肢的坐骨神经,采用9-0无损伤线将神经外膜吻合,术后实验组采用红光照射腰骶段及神经损伤部位,光功率密度为60J/cm2,1次/日,每次照射15min,共20d,对照组不进行照射。结果术后4、8、12、16周,实验组坐骨神经传导速度、动作电位波幅、有髓纤维平均直径和有髓纤维数目均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论红光照射治疗可促进损伤后周围神经再生,改善肢体功能。
