股骨上段内生软骨瘤恶变1例

1临床资料
患者,女性,77岁,因＂发现左大腿上段包块伴疼痛半年＂入院。患者8年前（2003年5月）不慎跌倒致左大腿疼痛、肿胀,功能障碍,立即于当地医院行X线片检查示：股骨上段包块,并发骨折。
