摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是与年龄相关的神经退行性疾病。对其免疫治疗研究取得了可喜的成果,但是也存在着一些困难有待克服。本文对AD的免疫治疗现状、丞待解决的问题和相应的研究对策做一全面分析。 Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） is an age-related neurodegenerative disease.Immunotherapy holds great promise for AD,but some difficulties still need to be overcome.In this paper,we review recent immunotherapy for AD,problems to be solved and the corresponding countermeasures.
