腰椎动态稳定系统在腰椎退变性疾病中的应用简介

摘要 脊柱融合技术用于治疗腰椎退变性疾病已有数十年历史,融合技术的进步使得融合率不断提高,但这并未带来临床疗效的相应改善,而且脊柱融合后易出现邻近节段退变。为解决这些问题,腰椎动态稳定技术应运而生。
