棘突间撑开装置的临床应用带来了什么? 被引量：2

摘要 减压或／和融合仍然是治疗腰椎退变性疾病最常用的手术方式，但融合丧失了手术节段的活动度、促进相邻节段的退变等是不争的事实。因此，非融合动态稳定的理念应运而生，其中后路棘突间撑开装置置人因创伤小、操作简单备受青睐。
