髋-腰综合征:髋关节病理改变对腰椎序列的影响 被引量：8

摘要 髋-腰综合征（hip spine syndrome，HSS）首先在1983年由Offerski等提出，主要用于描述髋关节病理状态对腰椎整个矢状位序列的影响。近年来，关于髋-腰综合征病理基础与牛物力学机制的研究较多。就生物力学系统而言，腰椎、髋、膝关节是一个生物力学单位的整体，相互之间关系密切，Steindler等将此定义为闭合动力环，骨与关节动力学活动影响着压应力、牵张力以及剪切力的分布，
