眼部CT表现28例

CT manifestation of eyes in 28 cases

目的揭示少见或未见报告的眼部ＣＴ特征。方法对１００例眼部ＣＴ片进行回顾读片，对有价值的特征详细记录。结果２０例正常ＣＴ片显示眶内侧壁形态和厚度不规则，在解剖上眶内侧壁和内直肌密切相关，眶内结构关系明显，２侧眶外缘和角膜顶点垂直距离为眼球突度。８例异常ＣＴ片显示特征包括高度近视４例，眼外伤３例，眶内侧壁畸形１例。结论通过回顾读片，我们对正常和病变组织有新的认识，眼部ＣＴ表现对临床诊断和治疗很有帮助。

Objective To reveal the rare or unreported CT features of the eye.Methods 100 cases of eye photographs were reviewly read and valuable features were recorded indetails.Result 20 cases of normal photographs showed that media orbit wall shape and thickness were irregular,media orbit wall was closely related to media rectus muscle in anatomy,structural relationship in orbit was obvious,and the vertical distance between external orbit rim and cornea top was ocular protrusile degress.8 cases of abnormal photographs showed some features including high myopia in 4 cases,eye injury in 3 cases,and media orbit wall deformity in one case.Conclusion Reviewing CT photographs of the eye,we can get new more knowledge on normal and abnormal tissue of the eye that CT features of eye is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
