阿司匹林对家兔离体肠段活动的影响

Influence on the Function of the isolated intestine of rabbits by aspirin

目的：探讨阿司匹林用于治疗腹泄、肠炎等消化道疾病的作用机制。方法：实验采用阿司匹林灌流家兔离体肠段，观察对离体肠平滑肌活动的影响。结果：阿司匹林能够降低肠平滑肌的活动幅度和频率，减慢肠蠕动。结论：阿司匹林能减慢肠蠕动可能是治疗肠道疾病的作用基础。

Objective: To probe into the functioning system of Aspirin in curing diseases of alimentary canal such as diarrhea and enteritis, etc. Methods: To watch the influence on the activity of smooth muscle of isolated inteste by perfusing Aspirin. Results: Aspirin can lower the contract breadth and frequencyof smooth muscle and lower the peristalsis of intestines. Conclusions: Aspirin can lower the peristalsis ofintestines in that the physiological foundaion of curing the disease of intestines.
