荷包缝合技术在内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 随着消化内镜技术的不断进展，内镜黏膜下剥离术（en-doscopic submucosal dissection，ESD）在临床中的应用越来越多，由于部分患者ESD术后创面大，有时单纯应用钛夹无法完全封闭创面。2009年7月至2010年3月，我中心应用荷包缝合技术封闭ESD术后的较大创面，疗效满意。
