不同光固化起始时间对自粘接树脂水门汀牙本质粘接性能的影响 被引量:4

The effect of different onset times on the bonding properties of a self-adhesive resin cement

摘要 目的:比较不同光照起始时间对自粘接树脂水门汀ClearfilTM SA Cement与牙本质的粘接强度及粘接界面微观形态的影响。方法:选取30颗新鲜拔除无龋损人磨牙,每个牙齿标本切取颊、舌侧牙本质试件片各1片,用树脂水门汀粘接处理后1,分别静置0、15、30、45、60 s后光照固化;在SEM下观察其粘接界面;进行剪切强度测试。结果:自粘接树脂水门汀Clearf-ilTM SA Cement与牙本质的粘接强度随光固化起始时间的延长而增加:静置0 s为(10.09±3.20)MPa、15 s为(10.65±3.83)MPa、30 s为(11.12±4.09)MPa、45 s为(11.57±3.10)MPa、60 s为(11.67±4.08)MPa,但相差均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:0~60 s之间不同光固化起始时间对自粘接树脂水门汀ClearfilTM SA Cement与牙本质的粘接性能无显著影响。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of different onset time on the shear bond strength and micro-morphology of a self-adhesive resin cement ClearfilTM SA Cement-dentin bond.Methods: The buccal and lingual dentin discs of 30 molars extracted freshly were sectioned with low-speed saw under running water.The resin cement was applied to bonding surfaces at different onset time.The bonded specimens were prepared for shear bonding strength test and each specimen was sectioned occluso-gingivally into two slabs for SEM observation.Results: The dentin bond strength values(MPa) of ClearfilTM SA Cement at onset time of 0,15,30,45 and 60 s were 10.09±3.20,10.65±3.83,11.12±4.09,11.57±3.10 and 11.67±4.08 respectively(P0.05).Conclusion: The different onset times from 0 s to 60 s have no effect on the dentin shear bonding strength of ClearfilTM SA Cement.
