The treatment of large tumor in parotid deep lobe by paramedian mandibulotomy approach

摘要 采用下颌骨旁正中劈开入路切除腮腺深叶巨大肿瘤在临床上应用不多。本文报告采用下颌骨旁正中劈开入路切除腮腺深叶巨大肿瘤1例,并对腮腺深叶巨大肿物切除的手术入路进行文献复习及讨论。患者术后随访,无复发,效果满意。 A patient with large tumor in parotid deep lobe was treated by paramedian mandibulotomy approach,satisfied result was obtained.Some related publications were reviewed.
